BEAUTIFUL BERRY, NUT, MINT & HONEY SMOOTHIE
Summertime is coming and there are few things better than a delicious, ice-cold smoothie for breakfast. Here is one of my personal favourites that takes very quick to make and is just so amazingly flavourful.
You can substitute the berries for any berries you prefer, but for this one, I've chosen to use the (relatively) cheaper berries
1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Handful Pecan Nuts or Walnuts
1 Sprig of Mint (Leaves Only)
2-3 Tbsp Double Cream Yoghurt
1/2 Cup Full Cream Milk
1 Tbsp Honey (Optional)
Freeze your berries prior to making your smoothie.
And then it really is just as simple as throwing all your ingredients into your blender, pushing the button and waiting the few seconds it takes to make them come together into your new favourite breakfast delight.
