Easy Banting Ice Cream
If you don't fancy yourself much of a dessert maker because the sweeter side of things is usually too much of a hassle, well then you're going to love how simple this recipe is.
Honestly, it is probably one of the easiest recipes out there, and it makes such a creamy and delicious end product that you'll be asking yourself why you hadn't made it sooner.
400ml Coconut Cream
40g Cocoa Powder
½ tsp Vanilla Essence
Using a stick blender, mix all ingredients together.
Pour into container and freeze.
If you want to use it as a mousse, freeze and then take it out about half an hour before use.
